An easy stop, for everyone
Single-level rooms, parking by your door and a team who'd genuinely rather you called first. Here's what we can tell you honestly — and how we'll match the right room to your needs.
We won't pretend every room is fully wheelchair-adapted — that wouldn't be honest. What we will do is tell you exactly what's here, listen to what you need, and put you in the room that suits you best. If something isn't right, we want to hear about it.
What makes arriving easier
The things we can confirm for every guest, today.
Single-level, ground-floor rooms
No stairs to your door — every room and cabin is at ground level.
Parking by your room
Free on-site parking close to the rooms, with room for larger vehicles and EV charging.
A level approach
Flat, sealed paths from the car park to reception and the ground-floor rooms.
Flexible, after-hours arrival
Tell us your arrival time and we'll arrange a late or after-hours check-in.
Assistance animals welcome
We're a non-pet property, but assistance animals are welcome — just let us know in advance.
Everything on one site
On-site restaurant, bar and gym mean less getting in and out of the car after a long drive.
Let's match the right room for you
Because every traveller's needs are different, a quick phone call is the best way to get it right. Specific access details — bathroom rails, shower setup, door widths and step-free routes — are still being documented with the property, so please confirm them with us directly rather than relying on assumptions.
When you call, it helps to mention
- Whether you need step-free access throughout
- Any mobility aids you'll be travelling with
- Bathroom needs — rails, a seat, or extra space
- Vision or hearing needs we should plan for
- A ground-floor room close to parking
- An assistance animal travelling with you
- The best time and way to reach you

- A skip link and full keyboard navigation
- Visible focus outlines on every control
- Reduced-motion support for animations
- AA-level colour contrast on text
- Labelled forms with clear error messages
- Descriptive links and image alt text
