Booking & arrival
Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Reception is staffed from 2:00 pm to 9:30 pm.
Yes — late and after-hours check-in is available. Just let us know your expected arrival time when you book and we will have it ready for you.

Rooms & bedding
Six: the Deluxe Queen Cabin, Deluxe Queen Room, Deluxe Twin Room, Deluxe Family Room, Standard Queen Room and Standard Single Room.
No — cots are not available. Children are welcome; please confirm bedding when you book.
The Deluxe Queen Cabin is self-contained with a kitchenette — stovetop, microwave and a full-sized fridge. (The Deluxe Queen Room has tea & coffee and a bar fridge, but no microwave or toaster.)
The Standard Queen and Standard Single are our budget rooms (listed as ‘Backpacker’ in the booking engine). They have a shared bathroom rather than an ensuite.
Dining
No — meals are paid (not included in the room rate) and are only served Monday to Friday, subject to availability. Buffet breakfast is $20, dinner $35, and a full-day package $75; vouchers are collected at reception.
Yes, Monday to Friday — there is an on-site buffet restaurant (paid, subject to availability) and a licensed bar for guests 18+. The restaurant is closed on weekends and public holidays. Drinks are not included in meal packages and are settled at reception.
Facilities & parking
Yes — free on-site parking, with room for larger vehicles, and EV charging on site. Travelling in something oversized? Give us a call and we will make sure there is space.
Free Wi-Fi, a coin laundry, a 24-hour gym, a game room with a pool table and darts, a conference room, native gardens and a pond.
No pets, and the rooms and cabins are strictly non-smoking. Travelling with an assistance animal? Please call us in advance so we can help.

We are at 1906 Dawson Highway, Calliope — about 10 minutes from Gladstone Airport and 20 from the Gladstone CBD, right by the Bruce Highway.
