Arrival & departure
- Check-in is from 2:00 PM. Reception is open 2:00 pm – 9:30 pm.
- Check-out is by 10:00 AM.
- Arriving late or outside reception hours? Late and after-hours check-in is available — just let us know your arrival time when you book.
- Early check-in and late check-out may be possible on request, subject to availability.
Children & bedding
- Children are welcome.
- Please note cots are not available.
- Bed configurations (for example the family room) and any extra bedding are subject to availability — please ask when you book.
- Maximum room occupancy applies to each room type.
Pets & smoking
- No pets permitted.
- Strictly no smoking inside the rooms or cabins — the indoor areas are smoke-free.
Bar & dining
- The on-site bar is licensed and strictly for guests aged 18+.
- Buffet meals are available Monday to Friday, with vouchers collected at reception; alcoholic drinks are not included in meal packages.
- The restaurant is closed on weekends and public holidays. Dining and trading hours are subject to availability — see the Dining page for current pricing and times.
Facilities
- Coin laundry, a game room (pool table & darts), a conference room and a marquee for larger events (by arrangement).
- Free on-site parking, with room for larger vehicles. We are not a caravan park.
- Free Wi-Fi throughout the property.
Booking, payment & cancellation
- Changes to a booking (dates, room type, guest numbers) are subject to availability — please contact us as early as possible.
- Current rates and any deposit, payment or cancellation terms are shown in the secure booking engine at the time of booking.
- For long-stay, corporate or group enquiries, contact us directly and we will tailor the arrangements.
Accessibility & assistance
- Ground-floor rooms with parking close to the door.
- Tell us your access needs in advance and we will do our best to help — see the Accessibility page or call reception.
Looking after you
- Please look after your own belongings during your stay and follow any safety signage on the grounds.
- Friendly staff are on hand — if anything is not right, let us know and we will sort it.
